Hanxpress operates using a dropshipping model. This means once you place an order, we forward it to one of our trusted suppliers (through platforms such as DSers and AutoDS), who will then ship the product directly to you.
- If you order multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on the supplier.

Free Shipping

Shipping Restrictions

- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Missing or Lost Packages

Hanxpress is responsible for assisting you with lost or delayed orders.
- If you believe your package is missing, please contact our customer support at hanatadesse3@gmail.com, and we will work with the supplier and carrier to resolve the issue.
Customs & Duties (For International Orders, If Expanded)
- For any future international shipping, customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees assessed upon arrival in their country. These fees are beyond our control.
